Health Impact
Abundant in omega 6 fatty acids, throwing off our bodies healthy balance of omega 3 to 6 and leading to chronic inflammation. Has been shown to cause abnormal gene expression and hormonal dysfunction in mice, and is also linked to obesity and diabetes.
